It looks like it must have an auxilliary pump.
The valve, if it had only 1 pump, would be around the red circled area. Is that a knob/lever below the red circle?
I worked on an industrial MF where the auxilliary pump was infront/below the radiator, driven with a shaft off the front of the crankshaft. The fan belt went and i pretty well had to take the front of the tractor off to change it..................always put an extra one on and tie it out of the way if it's like this.
