I've often wondered how they formed the curved top of a once piece cylinder... Now I know

There was a fatal accident at a Sheffield scrpayard a few days ago. They sliced a partially full oxygen cylinder with a gulliotine, it shot off and killed a bloke who was stood 20 metres away.
