The demands of the Shogun repairs keep coming.
The body to chassis mounts each have a small cup on them to locate a mounting rubber.
Most of mine are a bit rotten
They need to be a reasonably accurate size, which is about 65mm wide, 15mm and a base with a 30mm hole in it. I think they're 2 mm.
I could just get a bit of tube and cut/weld something up, but that doesn't sound too much fun. I've just been given a lathe on long term loan, so I thought it might be interesting to try and make a die and punch setup and press them on my 10 ton press.
So does it sound at all plausible?
