There is also a permanent warning message on the dash display,
Check active air flaps.

I had to use google, to find out what active air flaps are. Luckily they are stuck in the open position. Man from AA said it was something to do with heater vent flaps.

It comes to something when the main dealer gets the AA out to fault find, there's not a lot of hope is there. What's next, the W.I.?

It’s prob not the dealer but the manufacturers assistance program subbing it out. When I call Land Rover assist if there is no mobile Land Rover technician near me it will be the AA or similar that it gets subbed out to.

Car is on finance.

Hopefully you get a resolution with the dealer, it's highly unlikely you won't get it resolved satisfactorily. At least you don't own the damn thing and it's the finance company's problem. You can always reject it if the dealer can't fix it satisfactorily then ask for another one.

Well bit of an update.
Dealer has had car since first thing Monday, I had to ring today to see if there was any news.
They said that they have ordered a part, which should come tomorrow. The part is some sort of sensor, I will let you know, which one once I know.

Possibly get car back tomorrow!!!

Well, got car back today, all is good.
Was a water sensor, according to my paperwork.

Done under warranty, but it could be an expensive repair if car was out of warranty.

That's why it's on finance, hand it back after 3 years and get a new one with another warranty
