Mail order metal retailer?

I'm just after some angle, for a bench, mail order - where should I be buying from?

I find mail order generally expensive, I use a local stock holder

I think I'm going to give them a go next time I need some steel. As my local has given me some poor service. They clearly don't want my business is the impression they've given me!

I've used metals 4 u but typically more expensive than your local metal shop I'd imagine.

Just make sure you hang a bit of rag on each end as you carry 7 metre lengths across the road on your shoulder

F H Brundle charge £10 for delivery on what are quite reasonable prices. They’re no more than the big supplier work uses.
Spend £100 and delivery becomes free as I recall.

Highly recommend.

I'll recommend Geo Austen in Watford, scrappy and stockest. I called about a 12' x 6" universal beam at 10am on a Saturday and they had it ready and cut by 12pm! £120.
