Magnetic earth clamps

Anybody use these? Do they 'pull' the arc and cause arc blow if welding in close proximity to the earth, especially on DC.
I'd be grateful for any feedback. Thanks. W/A

I can't comment on stick, but magnets affect TIG badly

The affect stick too.

I used a magnet with my AC buzzbox and the arc sounded funny.
