Mag drill required. Suggestions

I need to buy one as im building a mezzanine floor, and need to drill some additional holes.

Looking for a 240V corded one.

Realistically once this job is done its only likely to see occasional use on other projects.

Just looking for any recommendations you might have?

I was in a similar situation a while ago, E-Bay has a heap of them under $350-$400 whilst the name brand typically go for 3-6x that price. If it is mainly a one off use and intermittent use there after you might get away with using a cheap E-Bay one. I didn't end up getting one as I worked around it but it is still on my list of tools to get. (maybe?)

You could look in to hiring one if it's only required for a short time.

I bought a Slugger branded item.....made under lic in Poland....brilliant machine, done loads of big stuff....
doing it all again I'd buy one with a tapping feature....more than double the price I guess......

If you don't need a big capacity definitely go for a small version they're so much nicer to use especially overhead etc
