From the drawing I'm guessing the unique bit is the 15mm bore? I know the M33x3.5mm thread is a standard thread for woodturning chucks. Record Power do an adaptor blank that has this external thread and only needs the internal bore/thread to be cut (https://www.recordpower.co.uk/category/chuck-inserts - item 62157). It is worth posting a picture of the spindle that this needs to mount to because the drawing isn't clear whether the spindle is threaded or plain.

The drawing is unconventional in its labelling. See the 39mm vertical dimension on LHS which denotes that length of M14 x 2 internal thread.
Are you 100% sure the external thread on that adaptor is M33 x 3.5?
I ask because the part number to which you link says it can be bored up to 30mm. In addition, the description for part number 62125 mentions an M33 thread.
I assume all thread descriptions on that page refer to the internal thread, with the external one to suit the internal thread of the SC4 chuck.
I think the adaptor has an M42 thread (https://www.yandles.co.uk/woodturni...-woodscrew-faceplate-insert-or-direct-thread/).

You're right about the M14 thread. I believe the adaptor is to convert the m14 thread on the lathe to the modern standard M33 by 3.5mm. I'll dig deeper...
