The bend and shear machines are okay but they can be fickle.
A good Pearson, Keetona or Morgan mechanical guillotone can be had for £2-3k.
Hydraulic guillotine a little more. There’s not a lot to go wrong with them. Auto backstops tend to cause the most issues, rarely square or the right measurement. Pushing a sheet in too hard tends to knock them out.
