Machine mart vat free?

Am I right that machine mart usually hold a VAT free day very soon after Christmas, sure they'll send me an invite in due course but I wanted to plan some time for a job...

Just had mine - offer starts 29th Dec through to 7th Jan (i think)

The dates for the VAT free days I've got are Monday 2nd Jan and Sunday 8th Jan.

Though it does say Invitation Only on the card they send out, also it states at the bottom "This card can only be used once and must be presented at the till to claim your saving".
I don't know what they'd do if you just walked in off the street.

does say Invitation only - not too sure what happens if you turn up on the day.

thanks gents, postal invites get sent to my parents house so i'll check when im there over crimbo, hopefully in London it'll happen before the new year... Sometimes i get email of VAT free offers too but haven't had warning of anything soon

You can have mine when and if it arrives, mine always comes by email and I have passed them on before, does not matter what shop as long as you have the code, just pm me your email if you want it.
