I have been sent about 5 in the last couple of weeks, and I still forgot to print one off before I went there on Wednesday! Doh!

theres no such thing as vat free. what they are saying there giving discount on there items to the same value as vat. and if your vat registered u can get the receipt and claim it back as well as the discount

Thats right, u also have to have the right voucher that was sent to your address etc, i dont think copies will work. I need a vice and when the last one was on i did not have the cash, so now i might get one if i get one sent through the post.

So obviously the discount should match the vat which is doesn't, not in my local mm anyway

Thats because they use a loop hole by saying its VAT free, i think..
