Hi guys... bit of advice please

I need some adapters to connect various tools to vacuum cleaner on site.

I can buy but the cost is a serious urinary removal exercise

Basically they are tubes of about 35mm internal and various external diameter.

Needs to be reasonably robust and ideally cut on a cnc mill.... because I can and because it's repeatable, I could turn them but why would I ?

I’ve used Delrin rod (ex Ebay) to make some mast clamps for a damaged loud speaker stand (similar dia).
Use the sharpest tools youve got & high speed to guarantee a good surface finish. Admittedly only turned & drilled it, so can’t comment on using a mill on Delrin.

Are you onsite as a Contractor & using your own gear, or is the equipment the site owner/employers?

If the latter, are they going to reimburse you for your time & materials? Some engineering plastics aren't cheap.

I 3D printed adaptors and nozzles that would go in Tee slots for my workshop vacuum. PLA and ABS both worked fine

Not when I need several and I don't have to do the machining

Kärcher has adapters that fits their 35mm hoses.
Looked at those? About 4£ each.

If you need to machine, delrin as the others said.
