Just bought a 165A mac mig (circa 1995), seems like a quality welder and so much better than my 130A cebora(although that has been a good little set), a couple of questions, who is it made by and any possibility of getting a pcb diagram for it.
had a few problems with it to start with, wire feed not working and current rubbish, sorted out dry joints on circuit board and replaced a rectifier and it appears to be working well.
It also seems that the wire feed is proportional to the current setting, which is sort of clever but is annoyoing at times, anyone any experience of these machines?
The printed circuit board looks easy enough and i could make another board, but I don't want to disturb it to much as we need the welder everyday.
thanks max
