M48 washers wanted

Hi does anyone know were the cheapest place is to buy m48 washers self color ideally so i can weld them.

cannot open link but i need the hole (id) to be 50mm so i can slide the washer onto the 50mm pipe and weld it on

A proper M48 is 8mm thick, most fastener suppliers should be able to get them but if its not a common size there may be a minimum order if they have to get them in, for a small quantity it would probably be cheaper to get them laser cut

yeah there not a one off piece i would like a supplier i can get them from i thought of getting a price on a sheet been cut

Also depending on what you are doing with them bear in mind a washer will be stamped and not as clean and flat as a laser cut,

An M48 washer is 50mm id x 92 od x 8 thick

As said above laser cutting would be an option . Lasering would also allow thickness change outer diameter change or inner diameter change if necessary for a tighter looser fit .
Talk to your local laser cutters and explain itl be a ongoing job they can keep the programme for future batches and give a better price .
Also if you get the right crowd they can use them to fill out a sheet and give you better savings

However note that 50mm pipe will be different actual dia depending if it is metric or imperial!

the 50mm pipe is actually 48.3 so laser cutting i could get maybe a better fit also not as thick thought buying m48 washers maybe the cheaper option i will check out laser cutting on a sheet see what price i can get thanks

Looks to me like slices from 2" NB Sch80 pipe. OD about 60mm ID about 49mm from memory.
