went to buy a sheet of 0.8, paid at the counter and took my tally to the yard

the sheets were dented so i got two sheets for the price of one!

bargain!

was'nt cheap for one anyway, £18 for 2000x1000x0.8mm cold rolled sheet, made the journey worth it as i collected it to save my £19 delivery charge

quite often you can get hold of cover sheets. They often on a stack of sheet place a sheet top and bottom. Good sheet never gets taken from the top so the top sheet always remains the top sheet so to speak. This means they often end up battered and a bit dented, but are always cheap. Certainly good enough for cutting bits out from for car body work

Price wise, £18 isnt that bad for a cold rolled sheet imo.
