loosing bits from a set

Just me that hides the 9 and 11mm sockets away from the set, to avoid picking them by mistake? I cant remember ever needing them, except for a hex head I made myself.

You've never used an 11 or 9? You don't know what you're missing.

I've used an 11 on a 10 then needed a 9 to undo the ******** nut....

Don’t be so tight , buy him his own starter tool kit !

I have! He’s got one of the Halfords mobile trolleys and a few bits and pieces and I got a great little 1/4” socket and ratchet set off someone on here. Great seeing him tinker (usually with the rc cars).

The thread chasers that are sold under various names incl SO are 11mm hex. I’ve never found a use for the 9s though.

The plastic work under body protection panels on BMWs are held by screws with a 9mm hex head.
