your nto the only one timbasherdanI feel your pain, literally. Had an infection in the nerve a couple years back- bad enough but then the dentist messed up the anaesthetic and drilled into the tooth whilst it wasn’t numbed. I’m fairly sure had the assistant not been effectively pin being my arm down to reach over, idve knocked the dentist out of her chair. now got a terrible phobia of the dentist
I’ve a fair pain threshold but tooth pain floors me, and makes me horrendously bad tempered
I will admit fear of dentist in my youth traumatised is not the word took me well into adult hood before i went back to cocain and an idot who didnt listen ramed a spike right into my sore tooth infront of the kids i had with me
on about gripping that seat and putting a brave face on while being sent up the chair just for the childrens sake
I can say without a doubt if it wasnt for the children he would have gone out the upsatairs window onto the rd below assault is one thing having a spike rammed into the sore tooth is still assault
he really hurt us that day another female dentist fantastic listened and treat me real respect tried her best
recent one wouldnt listen to us had same problem im really sensertive with my teeth tried to pull it when not numb of coarse i can pull it nope not a chance renumbed it but trauma had sent in again for me.
