Previous employer had a full height scissor lift. IIRC it was 3.5T rated, and from memory the pivot pins were about 30mm.
Only reason it got installed, was it was the only flush fit option that would fit in the available space, as the LGV beam setter was in front of it so had to be flush, and putting a 4 post ramp would have blocked access to two 2 posters in the corner.
I can't remember what make it was though, but it was one of the few options that would do what we needed it to.
Scissor lifts are OK for general servicing and some repairs, but they're usually more popular in bodyshops as they give you full access to the sides of vehicles for body repairs.
I may be able to help you out. I just purchased a 3500kg full-rise (double) scissor lift. It's a surface-mount model, rather than a flush-mount model, but I don't think that would change the physics at all. I haven't installed it yet, as I'm still in the process of prepping the concrete floor surface (lithium silicate densifier and a silane/siloxane sealer) before I set up the lift. However, I can probably get most, and possibly all, of the measurements and other specifications that you are looking for. The user guide contains some of the specs, and I can check the dimensions. Why don't you send me a PM with all of the details of the information you need, and I'll see what I can come up with. If other forum members are interested, I can post the final specification list.
