Looking for (electrical) relay

One of these, and 6 other components will do it. Sorry, missed component values off - RPi IO resistor will be 4.7K and the other resistor would be 1K. Possibly also use 1N5403 diodes or similar - 1N4001 are only good for 1A.

Couldn't you just use a 'timed off' relay and monitor the term. 15 to initiate a graceful shutdown after a few minutes?

I want to add a software over-ride so it can be left on if required

Why not use a voltage sense relay and just leave it on, without things like sdr dongles mine all draw very little power when idling
