I've just bought a quick-change toolpost for my South Bend lathe.
It comes with a "blank" t-nut to fit the compound which needs to be machined to fit.
I don't have a mill so I'm looking for a "straightforward" engineering company that would do it - all the companies I can find seem to be high-end CNC-type places, it feels like I need an old-style machine shop that doesn't mind a job this small - any recommendations ? It's a simple enough job I can just post the bits up with a reply-paid bag, so it doesn't need to be local to me (Surrey).
Thanks !
