Morning, Ive got a Tec Arc 211 that ive had for about 15 years, ive been pleased with it overall, however recently started a new a job and have been using a r tech inverter MIG and it welds so much smoother, the Tec Arc wire feed seems really rough in comparison. Not sure if there is a fault with the tec arc, or if that's just the way it is, i hadn't noticed anything wrong with the tec arc before i used the r tech, so im guessing its just how it is.
What would be peoples choice for around £1300 ish 240v would like 250A if possible.
Ive read lots of good and some bad reviews of the R tech, so is there anything that is better than that for the money? What puts me off buying the R tech is the "rebranded chinese rubbish" type comments.
TIA.
