Looking for a Grinder / vice mount idea

If you want to vice mount it just bolt a bit of square to the bottom of it.
I bolted a chunk of 1" square to mine so I could hold it in a tool post to face flywheels.
It now lives on the base of my drill and is held in an old machine vice.

Here we go, I remembered.

This is my biggest grinder, 3 phase, old one from work, didn't have a CE plate on it, no one else wanted it...

The column is the base of a galvanised street light thing, the local council were binning, and I recuperated. Very long, shorter now, bit of plate welded on the top.

Ideal, don't like grinders on benches, they vibrate, when you turn them off.

However all my vices are / will be on benches / tables.

I've screwed min to small pieces of plywood and clamp to the bench when I'm using them. I had fine wheels for lathe tools, normal and green stones, and the other has a wire wheel and a coarse wheel.
