You need the specs of the car to make up the code from ELSAwin.
Really, you just do it through VCDS with the long coding helper.
What is it you want to do? Replace the module?

module was water damaged, new one got from tps

If you have any comms to the old unit you can normally read the existing coding, then just copy that to the new one.
Otherwise long coding helper can make what you need.
