was working at a solicitors house today apparently theres an increase in filing for divorce proceedings and writing wills ,another guy I work for is funeral director he had well increased edited out

Increase in divorce rate surprises me not one jot. I say there's no such thing as a happy marriage. Couples simply learn to tolerate each other. All this time some will have spent together recently, it's not surprising a lot are realising they can't actually stick each other.

I must be the odd one out, been happily married for decades and together basically 24 hours 7 days a week since I retired in 2010. Only real problems we've encountered are "other" peoples problems, and have never let them get between us; first loyalty is to each other.

A mate is now living in the garage during his old work hours, He won't let his missus in at all and she has to email him just like at work the at 5pm he goes in the house and she tells him all the things that she has done during the day so nothing has changed for them

Mom and dad knew each other as kids and worked together all their lives and had very few problems of their own, dad passed away at 79 and mom at 86 but they had a really good life together, it is a rare thing now if couples last more than 10 years.

So drunk, my boss told me about it three days later. I have no recollection. Black hole.

Just as all that Harvey Weinstein stuff was coming out....

We spent 10 weeks 24/7 together, there was an unprecedented amount of rosé involved.

A lot of mates lost the plot with loved ones.
