Made arrangements to go see one of these for sale locally tomorrow. 300kg capacity manual hydraulic scissor lift / table.
I'm thinking could be great for working on big items like diffs & transmissions. At present I am lifting these manually into my bench and only have access to one side as bench against a wall. So with this set an engine or transmission onto it, prop securely and jack it up to working height and have 360 access.

It is a branded one and I see it's about £500 Inc vat online. The one I am looking at is new and has a small dent advertised at £250.
Any one else using these and worth having around?
300kg capacity is borderline limit on what I need. It wouldn't take an engine and trans I don't think but an aluminium V8 engine or transmission on its own should be fine.
I suppose even would be useful for unloading heavy stuff from the boot of my car too. I tend to buy alot of heavy tools and such not!

Was as described, brand new with a small dent which is cosmetic and I'll straighten that out. Place selling it is a dealer of them so I can get spares etc in future if required. Very well made cart.125mm wheels - front ones fixed which I like for strength and the rear ones have brakes. It's surprisingly stable when brakes on and standing on top of it.
