Much less of a job than dealing with the constant reports.

The batteries i have bought are amazing. BMS limits current to 120 amps. Fine for leisure batteries. Makes me realise just how much current standard car batteries can give. Up to about 800amps for short periodsAll the lfp bms units out of china are fine - daly, pace, Seplos, etc. they all work just fine at managing a pack - they don’t balance for s**t though.

Imagine welding with a forklift battery. 48v 900amp/h. I wonder if it would run 1" rods![]()
True, I think JK BMS's are one of the best for balancing. All the lfp bms units out of china are fine - daly, pace, Seplos, etc. they all work just fine at managing a pack - they don’t balance for s**t though.
Alternator welders have been put for many years. Perhaps these are a bit more sophisticated. Not cheap though!Folks have done "bush repairs" with 2 or 3 12V car batteries in series, but Premier Power have come up with a neat solution now.
