there sale is on the 17th there's an air nailer stapler for 20 quid I don't normally buy cheap tack tools but its only for fixing door frame architraves and stapling a plastic ceiling up .gonna take a punt on one

I can see one at Aldi coming up but I can't see as far forward on lidl site. I've got the Lidl air nailer, had it a few years works fine. ideal for fixing wood trim and stuff.

I got one given in a box 9 years ago that I never used it said senco on box with instructions and spare parts list plugged it in and fired it it wouldn't reload took it to bits and something seems to be missing. it turns out it isn't a senco but just been put in the box no name on it

Lidl have excellent warrantee - 3 years on most things. Just keep your receipt (I staple it to the instruction and put them in a box) and they will just send you a new item via courier or though post. I've never had to send back faulty items either.

You'll be surprised at the quality for the money, I now have 2 of the Aldi 13cfm v twin compressors one in the works van and the other in the garage at home, noisier than a belt drive job granted, but for £180 a pop with a 3 year warrantee definately valve for money.

Ive got several Aldi & Lidl tools, all work well, including the stapler. I've used it for making trellis with tile battens & just been using it for replacing feather board on a fence. It will drive in 40mm staples with no problem. I took my gas/air receiver out onto the footpath while I did it, people walking past were convinced it was a gas stapler in a way it is. They take very little air, it's surprising how many nails you can put in before the pressure gets too low, it will still bang in 30mm nails at about 75psi.

That looks like a good deal, although I think the Lidl equiv is available for similar price if not less with on-line discount ticket websites

Lidl in Gloucester were selling 21/2 horse compressors as an opening offer in their refurbished store recently for £49.99! Guess what I bought

My mate um'ed & ah'ed, shall I, shan't I, I said to him you won't get another offer as cheap as that. So after a couple of days decided to go & get one ........ Guess what ...... None left

I have the plug in one and it is rubbish compared to my mates air one. All nails and staples have to be driven home by hand on his this don't happen

My sds hammer drill died, seeing as I dont use it often, i opted for a Lidle one (as there was one in there shop at the time of me needing it)

three years warrenty they said,

used it a hand full of times, it still looks like new, whent to use it the other day, the red power light comes on, the drill wont run,

called them up, was given a load of cock and bull, ended up speaking to a manager, he promised me that there third party repairers would call me to have it collected.

this was two weeks ago, not heard anything back!!!!!!!!!!!!!
