Lidl the 6kg dry powder extinguisher looks good for just over £12
Mmmm.....ever let off a dry powder extinguisher in a confined space? Unless you have to have dry powder I wouldn't use it. CO2 seems to work just as well but without the mess.
Aye - dry powder's right handy, and better than co2 as it stays where it is, so the fire stays put out (relighting can happen easy enough with co2, depending on the combustible), but by god it's a sod to clean up. And it stinks.
I expect those electrodes are pants but £3.90 for a kilo of 2.5mm isn't bad for someone who just wants some to play with.
