Looks like same as mine, their cheaper brushed motor version. Its ok for light duty work - cutting thin sheet and flap discs. You get a lot of coffee breaks waiting for it to cool off - expect it to cut out if you push it.
Its nowhere close to a mains grinder.
If mine fails beyond repair, I will likely get another, but I have repaired the speed control already, the gears were making noise but that stopped after cleaning it.
It needs the 4ah battery, the 2ah sag and cut out very quick. I do use the 2ah with it but only very light work.

Hi I’ve got one , had it for a couple of years i think no problems. As soon as I have done the weekly shopping in Asda I’m going to Lidl to see if I can get another one to leave in my van. Graham.

I've got three of the 12v mini grinders, one of which has a roloc adapter, they're awesome and one of the 20v angle grinders, also really good.
What are you guys using them for that causes you to have them fail all the time?

I managed to get a grinder and batteries, but 4 different stores and I can’t get an impact driver. Oh well at least I got what I went out for. Graham

I got one recently and it is excellent for what it is. Doesn't have the grunt of my chorded one but saves me having to run up the genny every time I have to do something. Also I only need the angry grinder, wire brush disk, grinding disk, cutting disk and flap disk for most jobs rather than two grinders, drill and die grinder, multiblock etc.
