If it's got a cast iron base it must be worth it. I got something similar a while back and it had a flimsy pressed steel bas and wasn't very good at all.
Looks good. Might work well with 1mm or 0.8mm discs.
I have been using some 0.8mm discs lately, Rhodius brand for stainless £1.15 ea locally, really good. Last for ages compared to a few 1mm discs I have tried in the past.
