Its sort of like a cross between wd40 , and waxol except it does what neither of them do very well , it works ,
OK messing about , I use it as a moisture repellent and a rust inhibitor I use it on the inside of chassis repairs on land rovers , It has a huge bonus over other things that often get used in the fact that it wont burn , so if you are back in the same area doing another repair it wont suddenly burst into flames , it used to be used in the Aviation industry for air frame cavities and in areas where dissimilar metals were in contact to help prevent corrosion , I think there are newer products in use these days , but its handy still. The thing it it looks quite expensive compared to lots of things , but you really only use a very very small amount , I mist it on from a DPF filter cleaning gun , and get great results.
Do a bit of Googling and see what you think , It also smells quite nice too.
