support it by another beam infront of the orginal the sag maybe too much easier to install another beam at side of the other

but she has sold the house now so its not getting done 
plus look at the water holding in the gutter
Dangerous ground pulling folk up for their spelling.....
not the best of jobs but who cares its only a quick fix the house is getting sold . put a second hand window in last week i got given as the old one was well knacked
