Leaf parasite or disease

Does anyone recognise what this parasite, pest, or disease is? It's killing our fig tree.
I'm in the South East if that helps as I think parasites are local.

Moth larvae/caterpillar perhaps?

It could be Leaf Blight.

leaf parasite......
it burrows under the leaf surface.....
if it's just a few leaves pull em off n burn em.....
if it's a bad infestation......
dont think there's much u can do this year but next it'll want spraying....
there are 2 general types of FIG, ornimental and the proper type that gives fruit.....
I believe u dont get a lot or any in the UK.....to cold......

our ornimental FIG drops all it's leaves by Sept.......right mess......

Ps, where I lived in France, S. Africa and Greece they grow like weeds.....
there's just so many figs u can eat.....dont eat em now.....the chickens get em all.....well those that the wasps dont eat.....
