£300 mig

hello all just looking for some advice on picking a mig welder im looking at doing a bit of welding on my stripped landrover defender chassis and bulk head and bits of general welding around the garage including bodywork so think im looking at something around 150a has anyone got a welder they would recomend for around the £300 mark

Wecome to the forum, the Clarke range has a good reputation on here, the 151 or 160 models should cope with what you want to do.

is there any difference in the 2 machines other than the colour lol and would i be better off going and buying from a shop such as machine mart or buy from ebay and save all of £20 ?
