Anyone used if on a metal roof?
I've got a dodge job on the end of my garage roof - garage is 6.2m long, the insulated roof panels are 6m long, so at the end is an over-wide flashing slotted underneath the panel overlap, with foam fillers, sealing strips and sealant, done a decade ago. It started to leak a bit, so got resealed and covered in a layer of isoflex rubber.
Roll on 5 yrs or so, the isoflex is a bit tired. So wondering about a good coat of Lava20 - seems to be the new miracle sealant, but I don't know anyone who has used it.
Of course, the best solution is to redo the roof with correct length panels . . . but I can't work up the enthusiasm for the disruption.
