Lathe move

Finally got my new big lathe into the shed today. Took a bit of effort as I had to climb over the lathe each time I needed to adjust each end. Used a long crowbar to lever it in and get it into its final position. Then I moved my mill back into position. Not bad for one man and 1.3 Tons of machine!

In a previous life I was a banker [yes...I know ] and used to marvel at the guys from Chubb safes when they moved BIG safes using only pry bars and rollers - never saw one do it on his own 'though - epic job there, Matt

Anything I want up to 15" x 40"! Lol
