No, you should have four wires there. You'll have to remove the end bell off the motor and look inside to see what's been done, or just put it back and make a tin cover to keep all the crap out of it.
Here’s some more picturesYou have four terminal posts. Great, but there are only two wires connected that we can see. For a reversible motor there should be a wire on each post.
You need to take the end cover from the motor and identify where the connections have been made internally, then bring them out to the other two posts. As I said, it sounds difficult but in practice, isn't provided you have a clear understanding of what you're trying to acheive. If you don't have any experience or electrical nous, then maybe it's something you might not want to attempt.
