I'm not one for adding a "Me too", but yeah. Me too.
Debilitating Headache, cough with a throat full of razors, that's moved onto just flem and some coughing. It's been almost 3 weeks but I can feel the end coming, I think.
Headache still but not as bad. Paracetamol, fruit and rest have been my go-to.
I've had all my boosters and still, this got me, to be fair my wifey chose to share it after she suffered it for 1 week. Thinking I'll be back out next week, but haven't seen anyone as I'm in front of people close quarter when working, wouldn't want to share this, with anyone.

Not one for recommending supplements etc, but a daily dose of 4000IU Vitamin D, plenty of fresh fruit and veg, jab free, and out in all weathers. Not had a sniffle since they stopped me going anywhere public back in the early 2020's

It’s not many months since I was gloating to myself that I’ve not had flu for a while….
…and that the annual jab must work…… I take vit D tab every morning, GP put me on it to try and cure these awful cramps I’ve had for a year or so. I shall start taking them morning and evening, maybe that will be better.

I even did a Covid test last week, trying to track down what plague was attacking me.
I realised recently that I’m the only person I know who’s never had covid. Every single person I’ve spoken to has had it at least once. My daughter and ex wife have had it 3 times each.

I have had an annoying dry cough for 5 weeks now. Mostly at night. I felt a bit feverish and under the weather one day in the first week.
The whooping cough is going around here in the Netherlands but that's bacterial and not viral.
At 60 I shouldn't get that, but maybe the jab I had as a kid is past its sell by date.
Sometimes my whole body feels like its past its sell by date, but I know that's just old age.

My wife had it just after xmas, I got away with it until mid february & then got something, real bad chesty cough & headaches that lasted for weeks.
I still feel a bit breathless from it but its getting better. I dont usually get colds or flu but this was not nice.
Glad i dont work in the school anymore, whole place was a septic petri dish of germs.

Its eiry as I was feeling the jabs must have worked. At least 7 members of family and half my sons workmates have had something since the end of Jan.

It's the tickle in the throat that bugs me now, had it for 3 weeks or so

This is an important clarification. For example a V12 on 3 cylinders would not do at all. An inline 4 may just keep going but not great.

The worst things for me are the debilitating head aches but the blocked nose even trumps that. I have beconase but my right nostril just will not unsung and the fact I have sleep apnea and rely on cpap through a full nasal mask.

I had a new machine just before xmas and it was garbage so they gave me a resmed 10 elite. This was stunning and I had two nights of awesome sleep THEN I got the virus. Since then the mask seal shows red instead of green. 12 episodes an hour so I am just hoping to get my nasal passages clear ASAP just so I can get enough deep sleep to recover.
