nothing new there. they havent the balls or decency to just tell you they dont want the job or there 2 busyCheers Gaz, always appreciate your input, I was hoping to hear something along those lines..
To be fair the bungalow seems a solid build otherwise, still got to fix the boiler expansion vessel, had two plumbers/heating engineers look at it.. Didn't get back to me after promising a price.
I guess not enough in it for them.. Not nice hanging around waiting for them to get back though..
I'll get a builder in and totally rebuild any walls with cracks in, best be safe, eh.b.s
