If you have changed the drums then the line is actually a deletion ( no image is being produced in that area) that will be caused by a spec of dust in the optical path of the laser scanning assembly. To get the focal length required the laser beam is reflected multiple times using mirrors before it reaches the photo sensitive drum. A spec of dirt on any of the mirrors will cause this problem.

Jeepers. I can't even see where the mirror are. Lol. I will see if I can find a service manual on line. It's an OKI C5750 if anyone knows of a good manual repository.

There will be a narrow slot (probably with a shutter) that has a thin glass strip which goes the full length of each drum cartridge. If you open the shutter and clean the glass with a lint free cloth stay solve the problem as that is the most likely area to get dirty.
Some printers come with a cleaning wand that inserts and does this on each slit glass
