Large diameter tube

I need some tube 400ish in diameter but it needs to be fairly light , between 20 and 14 swg ideally.

Is there anywhere that could supply some or would I be better rolling a sheet myself. I want to try and avoid a swage edge or manually joining along the length if possible, I have been looking at the HVAC tube but it all seems to be spiral these days. Any ideas much appreciated.

Try looking for 400mm ducting, it's not going to be cheap though.

I have looked for ducting it all seems to be spiral. I don't mind if it has a lap joint and is spot welded along it i just don't want an obvious join.

Cant you just roll and butt weld, flap disc theweld back... I guess it depends on the length you require.

I could do that yes, it is something I am trying to avoid though. Like I said I don't mind joggling and then spot welding along. There is 12 pieces 900mm long and I want to keep it as light as possible 16swg upwards would be fine but less than that welding along could leave a bit to do afterwards.

Aren't 47kg propane bottles about 400mm diameter. Think there possibly 12 gauge rather than 14 though!
