You mentioned dust sticking to the sides . Ok you'll be extracting air and dust down wards though the bottom of the hoppers
Would a small 12 volt motor with an out of balance weight on the shaft be any good to make a vibrator bolted to welded on plates on the side of the hoppers where both join each other ……………………. to vibrate any dust loose and see it go down the chute with the air movement or is such a thing a waste of time & effort ?
I am probably out of line but here goes, was it not possible to mig that, with a puls mig. It would be much faster and with a bit of fiddling would be probably just as good. Just asking
