Looking good are you going to fit split charge for the winch battery?, and don't forget a battery isolator for the winch

its only a silly little winch that is demountable so its just going to get an anderson plug. the bumpers are so that it can be pushed by another if it brakes down and someone is shooting at you! the battary i'm fitting is off a 14L V6 cummings engine so should start the lightweight

nope that's gone! needed the hole for the start switch as I'm not putting the switch on the steering column going for the 2A look

reminds me of the old pushbuttons they had on buses! open the hole out to 22mm and "source" a Telemecanique PB from work

electrics mostly finnished a couple of aux bits to do. heater wireing, brake check relay and fog light. brake are blead but still not brilliant must need adjustment on the cylinders. engine runs and the landy drives have been driving around work today sat on the fuel tank!

after trying to track down an oil leak (lift pump) and a series engine degreasing session i have decided to paint the engine . as the bulkhead was a long way out of kilter anyway its going to be easier to take it off and start again with it

cylinder head back on after re seating the valves.turns out the head had hardened seats and valves and had been skimmed so that's good! sheared two of the thermostat housing bolts trying to get that off so ended up re drilling one as it had snapped in the threads and the other came out with plus gas and mole grips! tappet clearances done, timing to start tomorrow

hoping to have the engine running this week!
