My brother asked if I was interested in this?

He asked me because I have a 6 pot version of it in half finished project state.
Maybe there is paperwork but that needs to be found still.
Should I be interested in this and is there anything to say about value?

I know it says V8 on the side, but which engine is actually in it?
Any photos of the front ?

Could be a Stage 1 V8. The window tops suggest so, but the grab handles on the rear crossmember don't support that.

Key thing is chassis condition, and bulkhead. Many parts no longer available, mainly on the front axle.

Desirable in good condition, and getting rare, especially unmolested. Steering wheel looks odd.

If it's a rotten chassis then it's a big undertaking. Bid low. If it's a bitza, then condition and legalities drive price.

If it is a Stage 1 V8 they're worth a fair penny compared to others so even if you don't want it it's probably worth dragging it out of the bush and giving it a quick pressure wash and selling it on.

Restored ones seem to fetch north of £15k.

first pic , looks like a bulkhead sitting in the low right corner ,,, if thats the case who ever parked it there did so for a reason ,,, it will take more than a battery and a fresh gallon of petrol to get it up and running I think

Unless they want stupid money for it, absolutely grab it... if you're already 'doing' old Land Rovers you know the score

Definitely one in hardcore enthusiast territory.....LWB 109 series has no power steering (sometimes unsatisfactorily modified) and a turning circle like the QE2 .....good old buses tho
