Coming along nicely pedro, if you dont mind saying how much have it cost so far, as i see lesser models fetching thousands.
I have reunions twice a year with my mates we grew up together and all had scooters, mine was a lambo GT 175 we worked it out between the 5 of us we had 17 accidents, i dont know how were all still here.

I gave a Piaggio 125 scooter away for nowt,it was in complete bits though and in the cellar of the house I was in.
Didn't fancy carting it with me when I moved and seemed a shame to leave it there so I advertised it in the local rag "free if willing to hump it up from the cellar".....unindated with phone calls the next day.

I think it's cost about £1100 with the original scooter, probably a bit more as I stopped adding it up and have bought a few bits and a couple of new tyres lately. What started me off was a Speedfight I bought cheap and put on the road so I got looking at scooters and remembering when I had Lambrettas 40+ years ago. I'd like another one now to keep original, not needing paint.

Nice idea, ive been looking out of interest, and they ask heavy dosh for sheds, especially series one.

A couple of years back you would have been looking at around 8k for a restored SX or TV (GT), I think this is why a lot of folk decided to do their own restorations, consequently the price of good restos has dropped by 2 to 3 k but the price of good quality parts has now gone through the roof

I just thought I'd come back to this, I've built it up and got it running but I have to sort some side panels and the carb needs a bit of work. It's been a nice project so far, some head scratching and language but all in all quite absorbing.

Well done fella looking really good. Side panels can be a bit of a mare as alot of the re made ones require a fair bit of fettling to get them to fit and "genuine" ones tend to be silly money
