Kennedy EMW 220 Settings

Picked this welder up at the weekend but the guy had never used it. He got it in part of a garage clearout sale. He bought a few bits to have a go at seeing it if worked but never touched it once he wheeled it in to his garage.

Anyway after some advice on what the 2 dials are for that i have circled in red (badly i know haha)

I have tried contacting Cromwells to see if they can get me a copy of the manual but the 6ft wall in front has a better idea of what im asking.

1, i would expect a timer for stitch or plug welding as it looks to have a off setting.
2, power setting, but possibly 7 settings doesn't seem to be many options.

Had a look but not sure what im suppose to be looking for?? All that thread seems to be about if its any good or not all i wanted was some info on what the 2 dials did
