I cannot understand why Kemppi do not want to help end users with any problems they have with their Kemppi machines that they have just bought,and still under warranty.All you get in reply is"you need to contact one of our distributors they will help".Guess what,I did contact a Kemppi Distributor and they did`t have a clue what I was talking about.Thanks Kemppi.a little bit of T.L.C to the engineer and welder that use your equipment would help
