Kemppi ps 3500 mainboard

I would be grateful to anyone who has a Kemppi ps 3500 to read the rating of this unit
It says 68 but the units were burnt out so no idea what type of farads
Kindly send readings of your unit or test it

From the size, I would guess that that component is a 68uF tantalum electrolytic capacitor, like this :
