HELLO EVERYONE,
I have just bought a Kemppi 180 minimig and it seems to work great, However when I remove the nozzle there are definite arcing marks between the nozzle and brass adapter that the tip screws into,I have replaced all relevant parts including the insulator sleeve and it still happens, Also there is a fair amount of spatter balls high in the nozzle that are not adhered and look just as if attracted by magnetism!! and are easily wiped off.
Hoping some one can give me some advice.
P.S. Welding done with this machine is all OK with only very small ammount of spatter on the work piece,
Many thanks Gordon,
