I bought my welder about 3 years ago off ebay - I was really pleased with it, tested it, everything worked really well.
I put it away for a couple of years whilst I built a new workshop etc.
A couple of days ago I plugged it in to my 35kva generator, the same one that I originally tested it on.
I have the ON light and the cooling fan is running correctly, but nothing else.
All fuses are good, all on the pcb are good and I have continuity through all the main connections, especially at the trunk connection at the main box end.
I think it is possibly the little relays on the pcb?
I think the basic control to get up and go hasnt been triggered.
There are no nasty smells and everything is clean.
The circuitry for all older 3 ph migs must run on a similar circuit?
Has anyone got any ideas - PLEASE!

Work any switches a few times, they may have corroded/tarnished while laid up?.

Problem turned out to be simple, albeit a few months wasted!
Thermistor on rectifier, ie temperature control, had failed. Replaced thermistor and all good now.
